We take care to describe and show our gift boxes accurately. Items, packaging, and availability may change. Prices currently shown on this website are sample amounts and are not final quotes. Please contact This & Nat's to confirm the contents and total price before ordering.
2. Orders and payment
Adding an item to your bag is not a confirmed order. Online payment is not enabled on this website. An order is only accepted after This & Nat's has confirmed availability, the final price, and the agreed payment arrangements directly with you. Do not submit card details through this website.
3. Delivery and collection
Delivery or collection options, fees, and timing must be agreed directly with This & Nat's before an order is confirmed. Please allow the business to confirm that your requested date and destination can be accommodated.
4. Personalised requests
Personalised messages and other special requests are subject to confirmation. Please provide any required details clearly and check them with the business before the gift box is prepared.
5. Changes, cancellations, and concerns
Please contact This & Nat's as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an enquiry or confirmed order. Whether a change can be made depends on the preparation status and will be agreed with you directly. If you have a concern about an order, get in touch so it can be discussed.
